Leam Tree Fest fills All Saints' with 63 trees from 28 November to 6 December: £2 adults, under-16s free, late night to 8pm on 3 December. Who plays each day.
Leam Tree Fest, Leamington’s Christmas tree festival, runs from Saturday 28 November to Sunday 6 December 2026 at All Saints’ Parish Church, CV31 1AA. It opens 10am to 5pm on most days and 12pm to 5pm on the two Sundays, with a late night until 8pm on Thursday 3 December. The dates and times come from the festival’s own 2026 page, run by Whittle Productions, a not-for-profit community interest company.

What it is
This is the fifth year of the festival. The organiser says it welcomed more than 4,600 visitors in 2025, and that more than 60 trees are booked for 2026, decorated by local organisations, schools, charities and families. Visitors vote for their favourite tree in the People’s Choice awards, which are presented by the Mayor of Royal Leamington Spa at 3pm on the final Sunday.
There is also a Tree of Remembrance, supported by the Rotary Club of Royal Leamington Spa, where you can write a message for someone you have lost and hang it on the tree. The 2026 charity partner is ARC (Achieving Results in Communities), which runs woodland wellbeing programmes and community gardens in Warwick District.

The organiser marks the Advent service and the charity concert as evening events with doors before the start. Last year the charity concert needed a ticket, so check before you turn up for it.
The hours are shorter than last year’s. In 2025 the festival opened 11am to 6pm on weekdays, according to the organiser’s 2025 page. In 2026 it opens an hour earlier and closes an hour earlier, so a visit after work means the Thursday late night.

Free decoration workshops in November
Before the festival opens, Whittle Productions is running free drop-in workshops at community venues around the town. You make a Christmas decoration from recycled and upcycled materials, either for the community tree at the festival or to take home. Everything is provided, all ages are welcome and there is no booking, according to the Eventbrite listing:
| Date | Venue | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Thursday 5 November | Brunswick Hub | 9.30am to 11.30am |
| Saturday 7 November | Sydni Centre | 11am to 1pm |
| Saturday 14 November | Leamington Library | 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm |

The workshops are supported by Royal Leamington Spa Town Council and Warwickshire Libraries. There are more workshops inside the church from 1pm to 5pm on the festival’s opening weekend.
Getting there and parking
All Saints’ is on the south side of the river, close to the station and the bottom of the Parade. The organiser’s own travel notes say:
- Train: Leamington Spa station is a five to ten minute walk.
- Bus: buses stop right outside the church; ask for “Parish Church”.
- Blue Badge: spaces to the left of the church as you face it, on Priory Terrace.
- Bikes: racks to the left of the main front door.
- Cars: 20 minutes on-street on Priory Terrace and two hours on nearby roads. The organiser says on-street parking is free south of the river but charged north of it, and points to the small car parks at Bath Place and Packington Place.
The church is fully accessible apart from one display area of about six trees, which has two steps. Café Tisto, the Ukrainian café inside All Saints’, serves food, coffee and cakes during the festival.
Our parking in Leamington page has the council car parks and tariffs, and the roadworks and travel page has any closures that week. Watch for Sunday 6 December: the Santa Dash is in Victoria Park that morning and the Lantern Parade sets off from the Pump Room Gardens at about 5pm, so the town is busy all day.
